How to close your account on members can close their memberships at anytime, for any reason. If you’d like to end your subscription, simply choose one of our easy closelation options below, and we’ll process your request right away.

In order to close your account, we’ll need the following information from you:

1. Your First and Last Name

2. Your Username: This is the email address you provided when you signed up for your membership

There are three ways to close your account

Once you've confirmed that you have the correct account information, you can close your membership in one of three easy ways:

On your Account Page, On the Phone, or By Email.

Each option is outlined for you below.

1. Close on your Profile Page

Login to your account and click “My Account” on the top right. Once you've reached your profile, then click “Close My Account” button located at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions. Your closelation request will be sent to our member care team. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your account has been closeed.

Please note that your membership will not be closeed immediately. Once our support team receives your request, your account will be closeed within 24 - 48 hours.

2. Close by Phone

Call’s customer service number at 1-855-803-3397. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A friendly member care representative is standing by to assist you!

3. Close by Email

Send an email to Please include your first and last name, and the email address you used to create your account. Within 24 hours of submitting your request, your closelation will be completed by a member of our customer support team.
